I was born and raised in Northern California. In my early twenties, I relocated to NYC for a year as part of an exchange program. While there, I became fascinated by the expansive cityscape and its seemingly infinite possibilities. After returning home to Northern California, I decided to take a creative writing class to gain some new perspectives on my work.
