How to open the CORE App
To open the CORE App Dashboard, tap on the “CORE” logo in the top left corner of your device’s screen. The CORE App Dashboard will appear with a list of your current projects and portfolios. You can also access this dashboard by tapping on the “My Projects” icon at the bottom of your screen.

If you are looking for a way to access the CORE App Dashboard, you can do so by logging in to your account and clicking on “My Account” in the top menu bar. From here, you will be able to click on the “Dashboard” tab located at the top of the page. This section will allow you to view all of your current account information as well as browse through various features and tools that are available through the CORE App.
How to add or change your account information
If you are not already registered with CORE, you will need to create an account before you can access the dashboard. To add or change your account information, follow these steps:
1. From the homepage of the website, click on the “CORE” logo in the upper-left corner of the page.
2. In the “CORE App” section on the left-hand side of the page, click on “Sign In.”
3. If you are a new user, enter your email address and password into the appropriate fields and click on “Sign In.” If you are a current user, your login information will be displayed in the bottom-left corner of the screen.
4. On the right-hand side of the screen, under “My Account,” click on “Change Your Email Address or Password.”
5. Enter your new email address and password into both fields and click on “Update.” Note: If you forget your password, please contact customer service at 888-269-6237 for assistance resetting it.
How to find and use your MyCORE Account
If you don’t have a MyCORE account, create one now.
Once you have your MyCORE account, log in.
From the main menu, select “My Accounts”
Select your MyCORE account from the list on the left.
You will be taken to your CORE App Dashboard.
On this dashboard, you can find all of the information and tools you need to manage your school’s CORE engagement and performance.
To get started, click on any of the tabs at the top of the dashboard: Overview, Engagement, or Performance.
How to report a problem with the CORE App
If you experience a problem with the CORE App, follow these steps:
1. Launch the CORE App and open the Dashboard.
2. Click on the “Report a Problem” button in the upper-right corner of the Dashboard.
3. Fill out the form and provide as much information as possible about your issue.
4. Click on the “Submit Report” button to send your request to our team.
