How to Access Your Student ID

If you are a current SNHU student, you can easily access your student ID through MySNHU.
To begin, log in to MySNHU and click on the “Student Info” tab. On the “Student Info” page, click on the “View Your ID” link under your name. You will be directed to a page that lists all of your active student IDs.
If you do not have an active student ID, you can create a new one by clicking on the “Create/Update Student ID” link next to the “Your Name” field. On the “Create/Update Student ID” page, enter your full name, email address, and password into the appropriate fields and click on the “Submit” button. You will then be redirected to a confirmation page where you will need to click on the “I Accept” button to complete the process. Once you have created your student ID, you can use it to access all of your SNHU account information, including courses and grades.

How MySNHU Uses Your Student ID

If you are a MySNHU student, your identity is always connected to your student ID. You can use your MySNHU student ID to access your account, view your grades, and more.

To access your student ID:

1. Click on the mySNHU icon on the top left corner of your screen and select “My Account.”
2. Click on the “Login” button in the upper right corner of the My Account page.
3. Enter your user name and password and click on the “Log In” button. If you have forgotten your user name or password, please visit our login page to obtain help.
4. On the “My Account” page, click on the “Sign Out” button next to your user name.
5. You will be asked to confirm your sign out request by clicking on the “Sign Out” button again. After completing these steps, you will no longer be able to access your mySNHU account through this web browser. How to report a lost or stolen ID

If you have lost or stolen your student ID, there are a few things you can do to help protect yourself and get your ID back.

First, check to see if your ID is still on campus. If it is not, you can try to track down where it may have gone by checking your notification email or logging into MySNHU. If your ID is still on campus, you can try to replace it by going to the Student Services Center in person or online. You may also need to contact your insurance company if your ID was lost or stolen and was used without your permission.

How to troubleshoot issues with your student ID

In order to access your student ID, you may need to troubleshoot issues with your account. If you can’t access your student ID, follow these steps:

First, check if your password is correct. If you’ve changed your password, try entering the new password into the login form on snhucard.snhu.edu. If that doesn’t work, check if you’ve enabled Two-factor Authentication (2FA) and enter your 2FA code into the login form on snhucard.snhu.edu. If you still can’t log in to your student account, follow these steps:

Enter your name and date of birth into the “Identification” field on the Student Login Form on snhucard.snhu.edu and click “Log In.”
If you’re having trouble logging in using a personal computer, try accessing your student account through a mobile device by clicking the “My SNHU” icon on the home screen of your mobile device and following the instructions on the screen.
