What Do You Need To Know Citadel Training Schedule

What is Citadel?

Citadel is a premier online training program that offers certification in cybersecurity. As the world becomes increasingly digital, it’s important for everyone to be able to protect their information and assets. Citadel provides comprehensive training that will help you improve your cyber security skills.

The program has two levels of certification: the Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH) and the Certified Security Analyst (CSA). Both levels of certification require 20 hours of training, which can be completed over a period of 12 weeks. The first 10 hours of the 12-week course are dedicated to learning about cybersecurity threats and how to prevent them. The next 8 hours cover defensive measures, such as firewalls and malware detection, as well as offensive techniques, such as penetration testing and web application attacks. The final 4 hours teach you how to report on your findings and resolve any security issues.

If you’re looking to improve your cyber security skills but don’t have time for a full course, Citadel also offers shorter certifications in various areas of cybersecurity. These include the Cyber Security Analyst (CSA) credential, which requires 7 hours of training; the Information Security Manager (ISM) credential, which requires 9 hours; and the Certified Risk Manager (CRM) credential, which requires 11 hours. All three credentials can be earned in just 3 weekends worth of training!

Will I Get In shape at Citadel?

If you are looking to get in shape and improve your fitness during your time at Citadel, be sure to familiarize yourself with the training schedule. Here is a breakdown of what you need to know:

The Citadel fitness program is designed to challenge you physically and mentally. In addition to traditional cardiovascular activities such as running, biking, and swimming, the program incorporates strength-training exercises, Pilates, yoga, and cardio interval training (CIT). The goal is for students to achieve a balanced overall fitness level while developing key skills that will benefit them long after they have left campus.

The program starts slowly and builds gradually over the first four weeks. During this time, you should focus on making consistent progress rather than trying to push yourself too hard. Week 5 is generally when people start seeing the most dramatic results. Be prepared for a rigorous workout!

To make the most of your experience at Citadel, we recommend that you arrive in better physical condition than when you arrived on campus. That means incorporating some form of regular exercise into your lifestyle outside of class; however, it’s important to note that not all workouts are created equal! Err on the side of caution and avoid high-intensity aerobic activity if you are just starting out or if you are currently recovering from an injury. Additionally, be sure to drink plenty of water throughout the day and night so that your body can properly hydrate itself.”
